TALKIN' BOUT A REVOLUTION

Don't you know you're talking about a revolution It sounds like a whisper Don't you know they're talking about a revolution It sounds like a whisper While they're standing in the welfare lines Crying at the doorsteps of those armies of salvation Wasting time in unemployment lines Sitting around waiting for a promotion Don't you know you're talking about a revolution It sounds like a whisper Poor people are gonna rise up And get their share Poor people are gonna rise up And take what's theirs Don't you know you better run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run Oh I said you better run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run Cause Finally the tables are starting to turn Talking about a revolution Yes, Finally the tables are starting to turn Talking about a revolution oh no Talking about a revolution oh no While they're standing in the welfare lines Crying at the doorsteps of those armies of salvation Wasting time in unemployment lines Sitting around waiting for a promotion Don't you know you're talking about a revolution It sounds like a whisper And finally the tables are starting to turn Talking about a revolution Yes, Finally the tables are starting to turn Talking about a revolution oh no Talking about a revolution oh no Talking about a revolution oh no

TRACY CHAPMAN

Tracy Chapman was born on 30th March 1964. She is an American singer-songwriter. The name of this song actually "Talkin'Bout a Revolution". The revolution is an ongoing meme; it is a longing for equality, and for balance in the case for humanity.
The song tries to talk about a revolution because there are people who have a lot of power and money while others starve to death and it is a song that talks about the social differences that had at that epoch too.
I have chosen this song so that every person has to fight for their rights. And this song claims the human rights and encourages us to fight them. I think that this song should be heard by everyone because it makes us think about our future. Also, it is a very beautiful song that transmits feelings to us.
